We (I, my husband and 2 children) have stayed at "Villa Dolphins" for 4 straight summers! We live in Athens, Greece, and Yianna's Villa is truly our "home away from home!" Poros Island is a great destination for visitors from all over, as the island is affordable, and Askeli town - where the Villa Dolphins is located - is a perfect spot for families who want to be close to the wonderful beach nearby, as well as the main town, yet far enough from the center to relax and enjoy some downtime. The family apartment is large, comfortable and spotless. The kitchen is spacious and we occasionally cook and eat in; the view from the balcony is dreamy. Lastly, the area offers all that is necessary for a perfect vacation: plenty of tasty, inexpensive eateries in the vicinity for those days that you don't want to cook, as well as grocery stores open from early morning until late at night. See you next summer!

We visited Villa Dolphins in august 2007 and was very pleased with our stay. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute of it. Villa Dolphins is pefect situated in walking distance from a beautifull sandy beach and in quiet suroundings. The place was renovated in the winter 2007 and was in perfect order. The doubel room with a fullsize kitchen was spacious and the furniture was charming. The appartment was very clean at all time. The 20 m2 balcony was perfect and had a beatufull view over the sea. Gianna Adreadaki who runs the place was very kind and at all times observant for our needs. Poros is a charming island and the prices is some what lower than other greek islands. We will give Poros and Villa Dolphins our best recomandations and hope to return soon... Best regards Michael Reebirk

La magie d'une ile grecque, Poros, dans le cadre de notre voyage de noce (PACS). Nous avons ete ravis de l'accueil sur le port apres notre traversee le Piree via Poros. Nous avons profite de la superbe piscine rafraichissante et nous nous sommes installes dans l'appartement de la Villa Dolphin, decore par les soins de Gianna la proprietaire, qui offrait le standing necessaire pour passer une semaine de reve. Un endroit calme qui offrait une vue magnifique sur la mer avec des prestations a la hauteur de nos exigences. Nous avons occupe l'appartement spacieux a 3 personnes et profite de sa terrasse orientee mer. A proximite des commerces qui nous permettaient de composer des petits plats typiquement grecs. Nous allions a la plage a pied (environ 300 metres), et profitions egalement des tavernes en bord de mer. L'appartement climatise, nous a permis de temperer les ardeurs du soleil durant le mois de Juin 2007 caniculaire,. Un pur moment de bonheur agremente d'un accueil chaleureux, la proprietaire Gianna Andreadaki maitrisant la langue francaise, nous a donne autour d'une table, une hospitalite genereuse. En resume, la gentillesse, un cadre merveilleux, la joie de vivre a la Villa dophin ont contribue a nous faire profiter agreablement de nos vacances a Poros. * Bicycling around the island or across on the mainland to visit beautiful places such as the Monastery, Neorio, the Lover's bay, the Russian Shipyard and even the min town of Poros island.

* Day trips to the other islands of the Argosaronic such as Hydra island, Spetses island, Aegina island, Agistri island
